Electronic Arts acquired Mythic Entertainment and renamed it to EA Mythic.

Electronic Arts merged BioWare and Mythic Entertainment development studios into a new group. This group will be directed by Ray Muzyka, co-founder and former general manager of BioWare. Greg Zeschuk, the second co-founder, was appointed to the group creative officer. Mark Jacobs, co-founder and general manager of Mythic Entertainment, as well as the lead designer of Warhammer Online, left the company. Rob Denton, who previously ran the day-to-day management of the studio as its COO, assumed Mark's position as Mythic general manager. [1] [2]
